Sake Brewing Byproduct - Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (GFF)

GFF was discovered when researchers noticed that Japanese sake brewers had remarkably smooth, youthful hands despite their aging faces. Released during the process of rice fermentation, GFF is rich in vitamins, amino acids, organic acids and minerals.
